Guest Experience Leader
About this role
Living onboard in a crewcabin, you'll travel with the flotilla and work closely with the skippers and guests to deliver the ultimate holiday experience. You will ensure our guests’ experience a smooth and exciting trip, from check-in to departure. You must be well organised and able to think on your feet, but, most of all, enjoy working with people and be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times. Requirements
Previous customer service experience Sociable, enthusiastic and approachable personality; a natural people person First Aid Level 2 ENG1 or ML5 medical certificate
