Operating since 1987, Club Vass is globally renowned as the ultimate windsurfing holiday destination, based in Vassiliki on the stunning island of Lefkas, Greece. Watersports, including windsurfing & wing foiling, are the focus, but there are plenty of other activities on offer including mountain biking, stand up paddle, yoga & Pilates. Our team really are the life and soul of the club and we are looking for outstanding individuals to work as instructors on the beach and in our beachfront hotel, bar & restaurant. We are seeking outgoing, sociable, motivated professionals to work at the heart of Club Vass, helping make our holidays truly unique. We are looking for staff to actively contribute to this amazing team and deliver a consistently high level of service. We need people who are hard-working but who also have great interpersonal skills allowing them to build relationships with guests and really make their holiday unforgettable.

Ideally, all applicants must: Hold a EU passport or Greek Work Permit (Biometric Card) & speak fluent English Be aged 20+ Be appropriately qualified for position, experienced, motivated & a great team player Be available for the full season (early May – early October)
