Couple Capt and & Mate - Interior - Engineer

This position will begin on a temporary basis, with the strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right crew. We are seeking a capable, mature team with: Strong experience working as a small, tight-knit crew, Confidence operating independently in remote locations, A proactive, hands-on approach across all departments. 1. Captain / Engineer - Full vessel navigation, operations, and passage planning, All engineering, mechanical, and systems maintenance, Safe operation of the yacht in remote cruising grounds, Salary: EUR 8,000–9,000 per month. 2. Stewardess / Chef / Officer of the Watch - Interior service, housekeeping, and guest hospitality, Galley duties: provisioning and delivering high-quality meals, Hold OOW qualification to assist with bridge watchkeeping, Salary: EUR 5,000 - 6,000 per month. Start Date: Before 30th March 2026. Vessel: 24m Motor Yacht, Crossing from the Netherlands to Malta around 8th April. Leave Allowance: Currently considering a 3:1 rotation.
