About this role

The role of the Guest Experience Lead is to support the Guest Experience Manager in overseeing all aspects of the guest experience across the centre. They will lead in providing our clients with a safe, enjoyable, and high-quality residential facilities and ensuring the individual needs of our clients are met. The Guest Experience Lead may be required to deputise in the absence of the Guest Experience Co-ordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to take a leadership role and inspire a team, developing highly motivated, committed team members who are proud to work for our company and employ the Rockley values. Working Pattern: This is a fixed term annualised hours role based on 32hours a week average. A normal working week would be 5 days over 7 – this role will include weekend and evening work, however, there may be occasions for additional work based on the centre requirements.

Requirements

Ability to motivate Flexible & professional manner Good communicator Ability to provide excellent customer service Good organisational skills Ability to work independently to problem solve Full UK Driver’s Licence GOOD TO HAVE: Level 2 Food Hygiene Any Relevant Activity Qualification (PSI, ERCA Generic Instructor, Archery GB Ins) Experience mentoring and developing staff
