Guest Experience Assistant
About this role
Maintain the cleanliness of the shower and toilet facilities, tented accommodations and perform various domestic tasks Liaise with customers daily to ensure the smooth running of their residential & day trips Contribute to general site maintenance and upkeep Collaborate with the centre team to oversee the day-to-day operation of the centre Provide attentive care to our young customers when required Provide support in the kitchen as required Work closely with the team to operate the Buddens tuck shop Work as an integral part of the Guest Experience Team to provide excellent customer service
Requirements
Desired Experience, Qualifications & Abilities Full UK Driving License Basic Food Hygiene Level 2 certification Experience working with children Previous experience in a catering environment Hold an Enhanced DBS check (this can be completed upon offer of employment) Personal Qualities Motivated and enthusiastic Approachable and welcoming Can meet high qualities of standards Organised, efficient and punctual Professional appearance Have the ability to communicate effectively Eagerness to acquire new skills and thrive as part of a team
